Introduction
If you have just purchased a gift membership:
Thank you again for spreading the good word. You will receive an email that you can forward to your beneficiary that will provide a link to this instruction page.
If you have just received a gift membership:
Welcome! Getting your membership started is as easy as these two steps:
1) Editing your account information.
2) Visiting our Welcome Page.
Step 1: Edit Your Account Information
Before you use this resource you will need to update some of the information that currently has your benefactor's information in place. This is done using the form below with the username and password you were emailed.
As a minimum you should edit these fields to reflect:
- Your Name
- Email Address
- Change Your Password (a maximum of 8 letters or numerals)
- Clear out all other fields
All information is confidential and handled securily. We do not distribute information of any kind to any third parties. Until you post on the discussion boards your membership is not revealed to anyone and by editing your profile you can still post anonymously is you desire. Following updating your information it may take up to 24 hours to update the changes.
Renew Your Gift Membership
Your gift membership will expire on the date on the email you received informing you of your membership and according to our Membership Rules. If after reviewing Horseadvice.com, the worlds best and most current equine health information resource, you decide you would like to be renew your membership so it does not expire, please email us at horseadvicesales@horseadvice.com. with Renew and your username in the subject line. We will get you set up.
