Hi there,
My horse is underweight after being trailered across country. I feed him grass hay, beetpulp, and am about to start him on Cocosoya. Someone has recommended Blackoil Sunflower seeds to me - about a cup a day. Any body have any experience with this - good or bad?
Thanks,
Lou

Hmmm Lou, depending on the quality of the hay you may be borderline on protein in your horses diet. Instead start with the article on Nutrition Overview and follow the principles in there is order to get a well balanced diet.
