I can't really tell from the picture, but it looks like it could be stonedust, or poly track (which is a combination of a bunch of things).

Whatever it is it sure looks nice!

Wow. Looks like compacted, rolled stone / polymer stuff...almost like asphalt. Looks like you can see the roller marks in it.

hmmm, I cant remember where I found it. I was looking at some RID horse breeders sites about a week ago and it really caught my eye. it looks so clean...sigh.
