Hi DrO,

Three shetland ponies are arriving at our barn on Friday, and it is doubtful that they have ever been dewormed.

I've read your protocol on deworming horses which could well have a heavy worm burden, but how should this be adapted for minis such as shetlands? And how long should they be quarantined from the other horses?

Many thanks.

Hello LL,
No change just use appropriate dosages. I always recommend 21 days quarantine.
