I can't find info on how long you wait after fertilizing field before horses can return. I use to know. Can anyone help?

I was told to wait until after the first good rain and that is what I have done in the past. I believe the same is true for lime.

Hmmm how about after the first good rain or after 2 or 3 weeks if you are depending on the morning dew to wash the pellets out of the plants. Toxicity is not a big problem with fertilization but this is best to be sure.
