  Discussion on Spreading manure

Dr.O,
I read your response about the Millcreek Manure Spreader and how finely it breaks up the manure and bedding. I am still confused, after reading numerous articles, on when you can spread the manure on the pastures. Does it need to compost as some say or can you spread it immediately? Does it effect the horses willingness to graze?, etc. Thanks in advance.

Chris

Hello Chris,
This is a often discussed subject on The Advisor, for a complete breakdown run a search using: +manure +pasture .

The pluses mean that both words are required.
