Hey DrO
I hope I'm not reiterating some other post, but I tried to look and did not see the answer! Does it matter "whose" vaccine I give. For instance, my vet recommends "Prodigy" rhinomune killed virus for my pregnant mare. I could only find the Fort Dodge version, so I got one from her(vet), which may be the answer as to why. I give Fort Dodge vaccines to all the other horse all year long, including this mare with no troubles. Is there a difference between the two vaccines?
Thanks,
Nancy

Hello Nancy,
In cases where we think there are specific vaccines that are better than others they are discussed in the article on the actual disease you are vaccinating for, and yes some vaccines are superior and we tell why.

Thanks Doc
I knew it was probably hiding somewhere. I just couldn't find it. Thanks for the "directions!"
