CAN A HORSE GET A BURSA ON IT'S LEG. THIS IS EXPANDING AND HAVE USED DMSO BUT NOT WORKING. IS SURGERY THE ONLY WAY TO TREAT THIS?}

Hello Sally,
A bursa is a normal muscoskeletal structure and there are several in both the front and rear leg so I am not sure what kind of trouble you are having. If you will call your vet and write down the exact anatomical structure involved and the diagnosis then post it to us we will see if we can help.
