Please help.
I own a 16h warmblood 8 yrs old. He went through a five stage vetting 2 years ago and on arrival from Germany had sarcoids. After a court case I received compensation.

History
Sarcoids cut out - grew back
Diagnosed Panniculitis neck and sides
Treated sarcoids xxterra 9zinc and blood root)
Horse very lethargic exercise intolerant.
Weight loss
Blood tested Fb 14.2 rechecked 14.2
Course of Baytril Two weeks weight loss 548kgs to 476kgs
Re Blood test Fb now 8
Start Steroids
Start Levimasole
Weight now 465kgs very weak and thin still eating
droppings normal temperature now normal heart rate rase 48 at rest
Tomorrow to have scan, and camera
Suspect sle like or sarcoidosis like disease or possible cancer
