IN an effort to keep up with the amazing amount being learned about the various forms of tying-up in horses we have included new information on both the exertional forms and chronic forms of rhabdomyolysis. Most importantly is the identification of specific genetic defects for the different forms of PSSM but new information on treatment and prognosis are of great benefit for those who's horses suffer from the chronic forms.
