Dr O.,
I recently purchased a pony mare and her foal. They both have a pussy discharge and the foal seems to keep his eyes only half open. Any suggestions?

Hello Lynelle,
Yes I would have their eyes examined by your veterinarian, he may find specific causes that need treatment (foreign bodies) or perhaps just medication.
