I have a 13 year old Icelandic mare who has severe, multifocal, chronic eosinophilic rhinitis with intralesional fungi. My vet is suggesting that I treat her with Sporanox. I have no problem with using this drug except it so expensive!! Is there any other drug that would do the same job treating this problem?

It would depend on the specie of fungus Judi, have you had this identified?
