Well we are trying some herbal calm supplements for my filly, she has taken up stall walking which of course while wearing her splint is NOT good.. Vet suggested we try before we introduce the big drugs.. So my husband read in the instructions wrong last night and gave the filly a full scoop / RELAX,, and this AM he gave her 1/4 scoop .. You are suppose to give a 1/2 scoop twice a day...
Can you over dose them..? He feeds in the AM and said she appeared VERY QUIET, but all other signs were good.. poop etc..

On the first day God created horses, on the second day he painted them with spots..

Ann, yes you can overdose. Call the company and find out what constitutes overdosage.

How is she now?

I doubt that doing that once like that will do serious damage. Better check though. Also, something you might consider is a mirror for her.
It might entertain her and keep her from weaving or walking the stall. Might be worth a try.
