Hello Dr.O and all, Just when I thought I was out of the woods with my horses problems. He presents me with a new one or a variation of the old one. He had hair loss in the fall which was not coming up fungal or bacterial on biopsy. Treated it like rain rot anyway with good results. He also had weight loss over the winter and we are treating that issue with good results. Gave him the double dose of Strongid P 10 days ago and now we have hair loss on his neck and face. Any chance this wormer can produce these symptoms? I will scrunch down some pictures and post again. Thanks, Susan B. |

No it is not the Strongid and these look like mild abrasions, perhaps from rubbing. DrO |
