DrO,

What do you know about the Cetyl Myristoleate Supplement?

The supplement contains:

4500 mg cetyl myristioleate (100% Kombo nut, whatever that is)
3000 mg glucosamine HCI,
3000 mg MSM,
1000 mg Vitamin C
and alfalfa leaf, lecithin, vitamin E, l-methionine, zinc sulfate, calcium monophosphate, copper sulfate, citrus bioflavoniods, and selenium. with apple and molasses flavoring.

This is promoted on RFDTV as a joint supplement, and that it regulates the immune response, reduce pain and inflammation.

I am comparing joint supplements and saw this in one of my catalogs. Very expensive!

Dr,

I did a search for it before posting and got nothing. Under "Diseases.....Arthritis and DJD" it says to go to the yellow news table under Scientific Reports and read "Anti Arthritic Properties of pure CM"

I don't see any Scientific Reports in the article...and a search on "Anti Arthritic Properties of pure CM" doesn't bring any thing up.

Maybe I am just confused, lol!!!

Have you personally seen any horses results with it?

I see the scientific reports has been converted to a button that searches PubMed. This is to include the very latest information but finding something as obscure as myristoleate would be difficult that way. Looking to see if there is anything new I don't see a thing so the paragraph in the article on myristoleate still applies as the latest information. I have never used the product Angie.

DrO,

Thank you. I'll take a wait and see attitude on the product and stick with what is tried and true.
