I have a maiden mare that is supposed to be 9 months pregnant. I'm wondering if she is? She is an Andalusian, she is built very round and she is muscular. But she doesn't look very big at this point and I can't confirm any foal movement. I've been feeling for movement at feeding times and just can't get anything conclusive. She was confirmed in foal at 60 days and she acted pregnant throughout the summer. For a couple months she was acting like a stallion, which she had never done before.

Hello Cindy,
The only way to know for sure is to have her palpated, but the lack of signs you see so far folks commonly report in 9 month and occasionally 10 month pregnant mares.
