Hello! I have several horses that I am training and only have one really nice saddle pad that I like to ride with. I have been using others but they just aren't as effective as the one I want to use on all of them. My question is, I know that people use a cloth between the horse and the saddle pad and they can then use the same pad, but what kind of cloth is it? How big is it, etc. I could probably make my own but I thought I'd ask what you thought. Any ideas on this or otherways to handle riding multiple horses with the same pad would be greatly appreciated! Shannon |

I sometimes use those cheap quilted cotton pads that are used to put under babies. They are easy to wash and can be bleached. |

They are called baby pads. You wash them after each use. They are about 1/8 inch thick. You can buy them at most tack stores for around $10.00. hope that helps. Katrina |
