Here is a link to Windy Hollow Hunt's "Hunter Pace tutorial". I used to be a member of WHH, but the club I belong to now, SVH also has paces very similar to what you will see here. There is usually a pace within an hour's drive of here every weekend in the spring and fall.
It is great fun, and if you're clever enough to come in close to the ideal time-neither too fast,nor too slow, you can also take home a ribbon!
