I just recently bought a lunge whip for Valentine (17yr. T.B.) All's I did is get it out of the car and he seen it and went for the hills he was in the corner just watching would not budge he didn't come back until we put the whip away. All's I can think is someone beat him at one point in time and now he just freaks out. I want to really start working with him when the weather breaks but I'm thinking the lunge whip may not be part of the training unless I can get him used to it in the mean time.
