I sure don't...bought a balance disk and it just came today, I'm sitting on it right now...in perfect posture at my computer. :-)

Thought I'd post just in case someone has difficulty keeping good posture other than on the horse...and it's only $25.

Aileen, a bunch of the women I work with bought these and use them at work as they are medical writers and spend hours and hours sitting in the same position at their computers. These particular ladies (none of them ride) say they are very difficult to balance on and can really feel something happening. Although I ride every day, I figure you can't strengthen your core too much so I want one!

Thanks for posting.

Cheers
Sue
