We need help updating our release forms for our stables. We recently open a public riding stable and our release forms are out dated. If anyone can send me a copy of a newer release it would help ne know what we need.

Thanks

Sue,

It is really important that your forms reflect the laws of your location.

If you are in the US, I would suggest calling your State Dept. of Agriculture and/or your local County Extension Service for guidance and a possible referral to a lawyer experienced in matters equine.

Many liability laws vary a great deal by jurisdiction.

Good luck.
