Author Message

Posted on Thursday, Jun 27, 2002 - 10:29 am:

i have a 3 year in full training ( for only-90 days ) .. he was shod yesterday with only one hind bar shoe (preventive care for a possible 1/4 crack).. my question is shouldn't he be wearing bars on BOTH hind hoofs? or does it matter??.. the other hind hoof is healthy and strong..

TIA..

No one bar is probably fine.
