Has anyone here heard of hay mites? I am being eaten alive by something. Every time I handle the hay, I get several more itchy bites. But the horses and dogs don't seem to be affected by them or anything at all. I am praying this is not the case. I hear getting them is really horrible.

Thank you. I looked it up on the right thread. I just don't understand why I am the only warm blooded creature that is being bitten and driven nuts by them. Why aren't the horses and dogs itching? Not that I'm complaining about that. I'm glad they are not. I just want these little buggers GONE!

You probably do not have many and are the most sensitve creature handling the hay.
