Well, this isn't so much a horse care tip as a human care tip, but if we are comfortable then that's good for our horses, right?

This weekend I was out at the barn and I felt a rock in my boot. So I leaned up against the wall and slipped off my boot and shook it out.

As I was leaning against the wall I spied the sweat scrapper hanging there and realized that it looked an awful lot like a shoe horn. So I thought I'd try it out and Voila! Easily slipped my boot back on!

Why has this never occurred to me before?? It worked like a charm

They also work as back scratchers, LOL!

I was going to post the back scratcher idea, but see you already use it! LOL Guess I'll have to get a scraper to keep in the house now.
