Discussion on Bony lump under eye
Author Message

DrO,
My horse has recently developed a bony lump on the cheekbone under one eye. There is no fluid buildup involved and I've noticed no trauma recently to the area. The horse shows no pain when the area is rubbed. My best guess is that this is a calcification from banging his head against something. Could this be something else or the precursor to some bad problem? Thanks, Jennifer
