Dr. O--help!! Molly has just been diagnosed with suspensory problems related to the sesamoid bone, and I tried to call up the full article on Lower Limb lameness, but even though I am logged in, I only get the first paragraph. What am I doing wrong??

Thanks!!

Hello Zoe,
I am assuming you mean Fetlock Lameness since you posted here. I went to the article and the whole article displays in my browser. Is the article just cut off or are you getting the visitors page with a "buy this article" button. In the first case your browser has cached an incomplete page. This may have been a hiccup on our server, the internet, or your computer as the file is transferred or possibly your browser cache file is too full.

First try and simply refresh the frame. If that does not work I would go in and empty out your cache of temporary internet files, then restart your computer.

This should fix the cache problem but let me know if instead you are getting the visitors page.

Zoe when this happened to me regardless of what I did to remedy the problem I continued to get the visitor's page so I emailed HA member services and in my case it was the server on the other end. It was promptly addressed and fixed immediately. If what Dr. O suggests doesn't work they will happily help you if you inquire via email. Great customer service!

Thanks guys. I logged out, closed the window, opened another one, logged in again, and it fixed the problem.

I think logging in from the upper left corner was the problem. When I logged in from the page where I check on "messages since I last checked," I got the article with no difficulty.
