My thoroughbred mare has had for some time itchyness in her neck underneath and near her mane, also in her rear area. She is on a regular worming program and was just wormed with ivermectin recently. The bad thing is she has had this for a couple of months, I have tried fungus spray stuff but don't remember what it is called. Any idea what this may be. Also included is a pic of her with more weight on so you can see how she is doing. WEll I can't use the upload attachment so i will use the urls instead. sorry the pics of her neck aint too great.

The lesions appear secondary from the scratching and not diagnostic for a cause Alisa. The article associated with this forum lists the cauuses of scratching in horses and how to go about diagnosing them. Go over it carefully and I think you will find your likely cause there. If not involve your veterinarian, there may be other lesions elsewhere diagnostic, that I cannot see on your photos.
