It depends on which set of rules you will show under Judy. Antihistimines and topical anesthetics are always prohibited. Corticosteroids can be used in accordance with the Therapeutic Substance Provision rules but are prohibited under the No Foreign Substance Provision rules.

Most breeds and disciplines that compete under USEF Rules are subject to the Therapeutic Substance Provisions. The most notable exception are the Endurance Disciplines which are subject to the No Foreign Substance Provisions. FEI recognized events are subject to the No Foreign Substance Provisions.

Note that these rules change from time to time so always check the USEF site for the latest recommendations.
