Hi Folks:
Any ideas? 5YO Standardbred pacer.Lameness at pace tenderness at knee and fetlock in front near side. No lameness at stand. Slightly short in this leg at walk. XRAYs today clear of any bone damage or wear.
Thank you in anticipation of any ideas.

Regards
Geoff

Hello Geoff,
Since the location of the lameness remains uncertain, I would recommend you use regional and intra-articular anesthesia to localize the source of the pain. For more see Diseases of Horses » Lameness » Localizing Lameness in the Horse.
