My friend has a horse that has lame in his front left hand.

I checked his hoof and I found his hoof is so soft in the top corner of his hoof sole.

He feels pain when I press it.

I open it to see the blood that came clean and red.

Now we are using Iodine three times in daily basis. And keep him in open yard that has only sand under the sun no rigid ground. Also, we give him antibacterial injection and finadyne (as per recommendation of veterinary)

Could you advise how much time it will take to grow?

And do you recommend any other product to enhance growth and hoof repair from sole side?

Hello Abdallah,
You describe a bruise. The treatment would be similar to that we recommend for severe bruising or an abscess. The procedure and the healing is described at Diseases of Horses » Lameness » Diseases of the Hoof » Hoof Abscesses, Bruises, and Gravels. In particular your questions are under "Prognosis"
