What antibiotics are recommended for this disease? I am using doxycyline and rifampin. Also using dexamethasone.

Welcome Julie,
Julie PH is not a primary infection (see the article associated with this area of Strangles for more on this) but antibiotics are often used prophylactically. The choice of antibiotic can vary depending on many factors but doxycycline would be a good choice.
