This is a lump on my geldings lip. I thought it was a rub from his hay bag, but he has been on pasture for several months and its growing. Vet is coming out Tuesday to remove it. Maybe a sarcoid?lip

Hello Kathy,
The focus is poor and I am uncertain about the colors being true so I cannot be sure but it appears to be exuberant granulation tissue but there are other possibilities.
