Hi,

When checking for elevated digital pulse am I looking for stronger pulses or faster pulses? What is normal for digital pulses (before and after exercise). I have checked the articles and have not found anything specific to this.

I am trying to keep track of my Navicular SynDrOme Mares pulses and am not really sure what I am looking for.

Thanks so much!

You are checking for a stronger feel to the pulse but I will give you 2 caveats:
1) It is normal for the strength of the pulse to vary with work, temperature, and other factors that I have not been able to ID.
2) Navicular synDrOmes don't typically have enough inflammation or change in vascular dynamics to cause a change in the pulse.

I don't think you will be able to use this as a tool for monitoring navicular synDrOme.
