I am interested in learning about exercises that can condition and strengthen stifles? I know walking up hills is valuable. Any other thoughts out there? Thanks!

I think I read somewhere that caveletti excercises are good for the stifles. Keep the heights low and make sure the horse is walking/trotting in a balanced manner over them so that he's really using his rear end correctly.

The hills are the best. If you can find a place to turn out with several active horses that is a hilly area they will do more good for themselves then you can ever do for them with daily conditioning exercises.
