What course of treatment is advised and what is the success rate?

Well Renee,
It depends on
1) which areas and how much of the coffin bone are infected?
2) has any of the bone become sclerotic, does it reach into any of the synovial spaces?
3) what is the proposed cause of the infection?
4) your budget and goals for this horse.
