I have a maiden mare that is supposedly 10 months pregnant. She was confirmed in foal at 45 days and acted pg during the summer. But at this point she is not very big, no udder development and I can't conclusively feel foal movement. I'm really hoping she is still in foal, has anyone had any experience with maidens like this?

I have palpated mares 2 weeks before they were foaled because they did not look pregnant, and that was my own 18 year old mare we had owned for 12 years and had numerous foals before. She neither had the pear shape nor mammary development, yet all went off well.

Of course this is no assurance your mare is pregnant, if in doubt and it is important to know now, have her palpated.
