In your article you don't mention giving a rabies shot to the pregnant mare.. should I, she is due...and for the life of me I can't remember if I have ever given it to a pregnant mare...

On the first day God created horses, on the second day he painted them with spots...

If you have rabies locally it should be in the vaccination schedule for more on vaccinating pregnant mares see, Care for Horses » Vaccines & Coggin's Test » Vaccine Schedules.
