Spider, If you're still having saddle fit problems and have dry patches, see if you can try a Pro Choice Air Ride. It really worked for me when I had dry spots on my QH. The air bubbles move around and even out the pressure. Since I started using it, I haven't had one problem.

They can be a little spendy but I thought they are well worth the investment. Also look into the SaddleRight (www.saddleright.com). I've got one on order for my other horse as I like to have different pads around.
