Homer does not refuse at home but does at shows. He is 9 years old and 17 hand as jumped 5' and did a 3'9"-4'3" round four days befor the show and then refused on "easy jumps" at the 3' level in a show. When pushed over, he even jumped the standards a couple of times. any suggestions?
