Homer does not refuse on grass at home but refuses at shows. He went clear on 3'9"-4'3" fout days before the show and then refused "less scary" jumps at 3' at the show. There were no distractions or weather problems.
He even jumped the standard when pushed over. He is 9 years old and 17 hands and has easily cleared 5'. Any suggestion?

Yes Garrett, you continue to school him till he becomes more regular. It might help if you start schooling him in different environments so that he gets use to different looks.
