Why doesn't New York Have any Statutes in the list of states for legal horse accident protection? Anyone? Thanks Jeremiah.

I have searched through many equine cases in New York state and it appears that equine liabilities are handled as any other negligence/liability case. I do not know why the industry in New York state has not developed an EALA.

I would like to say that I love horses and I think that the liabilaty on horses should be pushed as a more serious issue. I believe that horses should be credicted like humans they have feelings just like people do and we have human liabialities. But I am not a horse person I am more big on domesticated animals.
