Discussion on Statistics on Equine Litagation

Is there any way of finding out the statistics on people who win lawsuits related to equine issues. Having worked hard and paid for everything by middle age, I am paranoid about inviting someone over to ride their horse at my home or letting someone ride my horse. And where is the joy of accomplishment if you can't share it.
We have the "you get on it's your fault" law in GA and I wouldn't mind asking someone to sign a release form but I would love to know how many cases have been won (sueing land owner or horse owner) despite these measures.

Boy, I wish I could get some. I have written, under the aupisces of the Equine Dispute Resolution Service to all of the major horse organizations in the USA, including AHC, asking for their assistance in "data-basing" the information on ALL equine disputes with EDRS at UNCG. I have not had good response. We had hoped to be ableto get a grant study on the costs of litigation/disputes inthe horse industry.
Got any ideas?
