Fauna Forms I will send you a lease agreement that I have used if you like, you also need to be careful with your stallion agreement. Give me your email and I will send you one. LOL J

HI,

I am about to part-time lease my 6 yr odl Percheron/TB gelding to a guy and his instructor. I've never done this before and having read some of the "stories" posted here am nervous. Like so many others, I've tentatively agreed to this because my big guy needs more exercise than I and my trainer can currently give him. His use in lessons under the eye of an instructor whom I respect is the only way I'd consider it. I need to see some sample leasing forms pronto so I can at least get something in writing protecting my horse and me. Thanks/ Priscilla

Hi,
I am planning to lease one of my TB mare as a broodmare for a one time lease. What kind of contract do I need? If anybody has a sample I would love to borrow it.
Thanks.

Hello Valerie:
There is a lease sample on this page though there need to some specific adjustments due to the nature of a broodmare lease.
